Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been processed and produced.

If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, you are entitled to request a replacement or refund. To initiate a claim, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
